7. Child's Pose
Kneel on the ground with your big toes touching and your knees hip-width apart. Lower your hips back towards your heels and stretch your arms forward, resting your forehead on the ground. Hold for 30-60 seconds.
8. Forward Fold
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight, and let your hands hang towards the ground. Hold for 15-30 seconds and repeat 3 times.
9. Hamstring Stretch
