Thus, I noticed the significance and need for a radical change in my lifestyle. I have identified and developed several practical ways to help stop the evolution of Berger's Disease and protect the patient from possible kidney failure. The decision to share my own experience comes in the hope that this guide will provide much-needed support to people affected by this disease and will guide the patient in addressing a lifestyle that will improve the quality of life.
