It tells the story of the formation of the most famous band in history, The Beatles, through the eyes of those who knew them best: their family, friends, fellow musicians, acquaintances and adoring fans from the city that made them famous: Liverpool.  

Written in chronological order through stories and exclusive interviews, this book covers those dates and events in their early history, then through the songs with a Liverpool connection like “Penny Lane” and “Strawberry Fields Forever”.

It reads like a biography and a reference book and is sure to please Beatles fans.
