Living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can be overwhelming and challenging, but it doesn't mean that life stops there. With the right knowledge, support, and mindset, individuals diagnosed with MS can learn to not just survive but truly thrive in the face of this condition.

Understanding Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system. It occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks the protective covering of nerve fibers, causing communication problems between the brain and the rest of the body. This can result in various symptoms such as fatigue, difficulty walking, numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, and problems with coordination and balance.

While there is currently no known cure for MS, there are various treatment options available to manage and alleviate its symptoms. However, beyond medical intervention, learning to truly live with MS involves embracing a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Well...I gotta say that on a typical "Dennis with MS" day I'm usually able to fight MS to pretty much a draw. Still have my MS symptoms but can handle them. That's pretty standard for me now days.

But, today must not be one of my typical MS days. MS is kicking my butt today.'s back to the things that have gotten me this far...the 3 Ps prayer, patience (that's hard for me) and paying it forward.

To that end, here's a never before free book of mine
I'm sure this won't last for too long and I'll feel better.
